SENS’RE 3 Wellness Coaching and Consulting is a grassroots company founded by Pamela Little in 2013 to help early childhood and elementary school educators who are “stressed out” trying to teach their curriculum due to students behaviors. Ms Little help’s educators reduce their stress and students behaviors through innovative sensory outlets leading to teaching curriculum, job satisfaction and better relationships with students.  She consults with early childhood directors, elementary school principals providing in-service workshops to improve the wellbeing of their staff.  Additionally, Ms Little when called upon provide parents and caregivers strategies for continued social emotional development.  Ms. Little uses her unique gifts and talent as a Strengths-Based Coach along with integrating Mindfulness and Art to stimulate this process.  The SENS’RE 3 Reinstick® is the tool utilized during this process.

Ms. Little has more than 15 years helping children, adolescents and their families in various capacities.  Additionally, her 25 years of military training, professional experience and educational training supports her passion to educate and empower others in reaching their goals.

Ms. Little received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University.  To further specialize her counseling skills, she attended The George Washington University where she earned a Master’s degree in Art Therapy Practice (2014).  Ms. Little simultaneously earned her certification as a Registered Play Therapist.  She is licensed in the state of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Little also holds certifications as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional (IMHP), Teachstones – Certified Infant Classroom Observer, Certified Toddler and Pre-K Classroom Observer, and CPR. Pending Positive Discipline for Parents and Early Childhood Educators (birth – five yrs old).

She served in the United States Army Reserves for over 25 years before retiring with an Honorable Discharge.  She is a Speaker and the Author of “It’s Not me, It’s My Brain” and “How Ya Luv’n” 31 day Self-Care Journal.
